Mid-Columbia Gymnastics is a year round program with monthly tuition based on an average of four classes per month. Students may enter the program at any time. Each new student receives a no obligation first class to evaluate if the class is a good fit and to make sure they enjoy it. The monthly tuition will be prorated if necessary based on your start date.

(**Beginning January 1st, 2019 we will no longer be offering "free" trial class. No obligation first class means if you decide you do not want to continue all charges would be removed.)

First Class

To register for a first class just submit an online registration. The class you choose will be the class that will reserve a spot for enrollment. When you register we do require a working debit/credit card on file that after the first class will be set to automatic payments. The registration fee and tuition for remaining of the month will be posted to your account. These fees are not due until you complete your first class. If you decide that it is not a good fit you just need to let the front office know so the charges can be removed and the spot is opened up for someone else.

Annual Family Registration Fee

$55 annually per family account, immediate family only.

The Family Registration fee is due after the first class upon enrollment. This fee will be charged annually along with your tuition on the yearly anniversary month of your original enrollment. This fee covers administrative costs and the gym's insurance to allow your child to participate.

Annual Registration Fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be prorated.

Card On File/Automatic Payment

Tuition is always due the 1st of the month, no later than the 5th. Beginning January 1, 2019 we require a working debit/credit card on file that is set on automatic payment schedule. There are a couple options for which date payment can be made. If you would rather pay with a different payment method, you must do so before your scheduled payment date. If a date is not chosen it will default to be charged on the 1st of the month. No refunds will be issued after auto pay is processed. In the event that payment is not received by the 10th a $10 late fee will be applied on the 6th. If not received by the 20th of the month, your child will lose their spot in class.

If payment is declined, you will be sent an email to notify you. You can then pay with a different payment method or we can run the card again. It will need to be taken care of before your child's next class.

Once you enrolll in class, you will stay enrolled with monthly tuition until you withdraw from class. If you choose to withdraw for the upcoming month a withdrawal form must be submitted by the 20th prior to the month you are withdrawing. Once tuition is charged for the upcoming month, you have committed for the month. We do not issue a refund if you withdraw earlier in the month and there are classes remaining. Your tuition is based on your reserved spot and not a reflection of attendance.

Mid-Columbia Gymnastics is a year round program with a flat monthly tuition based on an average of 4 weeks per month. If 5 classes are available, we do not increase tuition. If 3 classes are available, we do not decrease tuition.

Waitlist- Things to Know
  1. We monitor our waiting lists a few times a week and will keep watching for an opening for you. You are welcome check status

  2. It is difficult to estimate how long you will be on the waiting list.  Class openings depend on students transferring out of the class, for various reasons, to make room for new students.  Sometimes customers are on a waiting list for a day, sometimes for months.  We encourage you to enroll in another available class time and wait list for your ideal class time so that your child can still participate in the meantime.  If none of our available class times work for you, register for the wait list on as many class times you could do to increase your chances of getting into one of them.

  3. If an opening in a class you are wait listed on becomes available, the office will call and email you.  You will have 72 hours to respond and let us know if you would like to enroll in that class before we move on to the next person on the waiting list or open it up to the public.

  4. You are not charged anything to remain on a waiting list.  Once enrolled in a class, you will be charged at that time for current tuition.  We will pro-rate the current month’s tuition based on your start date, if necessary.

  5. You can check your account, or register for other classes or special activities at any time through your customer portal.  See how to log into your customer portal below.  You won’t see your waiting lists in your customer portal.

Make-Up Classes

We do not prorate for missed classes. Good attendance is very important to If your child misses a class due to illness or any other reason please let the office know in advance and you can schedule to come to a different class. The make up does need to be scheduled in advance to ensure there is space in the class and so we can get your child on the make up list for that day. Please do not drop in for make ups.

You have one month to complete the make up and make ups are only available to currently enrolled students (e.g. if you have put in a withdrawal form for the upcoming month and miss a class you must complete the make up before the end of the month that you are still enrolled.)

If there is not a convenient time available for a make up class you are welcome to get an open gym pass instead. If you miss a make up with no notice, that make up is forfeited. There are no make ups for competitive team practices.

During the months of June through August there are options available to do a make up in a Summer Camp if you are going to miss more classes due to vacations or other activities. See front office for details.

Weather Closures

We do not follow any school district closings. In the rare event we would cancel classes due to weather we would send families email, push notifications through our app and post on Facebook.

General Guidelines
