The gym is owned and operated by Len and Kami Softich.
Len was a competitive gymnast growing up and went on to coach recreational and competitive gymnastics at MCGA. He manages the day to day operations of both facilities. Kami graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1992 with a degree in Applied Psychology/Social Work.
Len and Kami have two grown daughters and several pets.

Will was a competitive gymnast here at MCGA growing up and has been teaching at MCGA for about 30 yrs. He has worked in all areas of the gym but his heart is in the rec program. He is married to the office manager and they have 3 beautiful kiddos. When he isn't teaching gymnastics Will loves music, gaming, and his fun wife.
Recreational Gymnastics Director
Todd was a competitive gymnast here at MCGA growing up. He attended W.S.U. and majored in Environmental Science. Todd began coaching recreational and competitive gymnastics over 20 years ago. He has extensive experience coaching boys and girls of all ages and skill levels. Through the years, Todd has trained gymnasts through the State, Regional and National levels with a challenging, yet positive approach to coaching. Todd loves to FISH and work out.
Girls Team Director
Davina has been teaching at MCGA since 2004. Working with the little ones is where she feels most at home and she loves being able to use her creativity to create lesson plans. Davina is also our Birthday Party Director and is on our office staff team. She has two grown daughters and an adorable lil granddaughter. Davina loves to macrame and makes amazing dreamcatchers and tons of other things(which you can find some of in our proshop!) She also loves snowboarding and wakeboarding.
Pre-School Gymnastics Director & Birthday Party Director
Chris did gymnastics at MCGA, he had Coach Will as his teacher. Chris is undoubtedly the loudest coach in the gym and is great with all ages of kids. He is currently an Art student at Columbia Basin College. Chris makes awesome pottery (Actually he recently won 1st place in an art show for his pottery!) and loves to hangout with his dog.
Jeff started gymnastics here when he was 3 and worked his way up to compete as a Level 10 in the Junior Olympic Program and on the University of Washington Men's Team where he got his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Digital Arts. Jeff has been a judge for USAG JO competitions and has run Boys Programs at several gyms. We are super grateful to have him here at MCGA!
Boys Team Director
Ashley started the XCEL program here from scratch just a couple yrs ago and has built it into one of the largest competitive programs in a very short time. She was a competitive gymnast and cheerleader here when she was growing up. Ashley also coaches our JO program as well as does administrative work here at the gym. Ashley is a wife and mom of 2 boys and adorable little girl.
Michelle was a competitive gymnast and did high school and competitive cheer. She is a former gymnastics judge, She is on the USASF National Advisory Board & Disciplinary Board, She is a USASF Cheer Connection Leader & National USASF Program Development Leader.Her favorite thing about coaching is watching her athletes gain skills and confidence. She loves to travel-some of her fave places she has been are St. Tropaz, Monte Carlo, Monaco, London, Barcelona, and Italy. She loves to cook and is a registered nurse.
Recreational Director, Competitive Cheer Director
Michelle loves to keep her job fresh and innovative by keeping up with the newest methods so the office runs as efficient as possible for our gym families and her co-workers. She enjoys stocking up the pro-shop and activities that allow creativity. She is married to rec director Will and they have 3 cute and wild kids. She spends her free time doing arts & crafts, going to Target, and momming.
