USA Gymnastics, the governing body of gymnastics in the United States, offers TOP’s (Talent Opportunity Program) to gyms across the country. The TOP’s Program is a talent search and educational program for artistic female gymnasts and their coaches. We have taken many elements from this National Testing Program and modified to meet the needs of young gymnasts in our program. Our goal is to focus on strength, flexibility, and correct body line. We concentrate on these basics and conditioning so the gymnasts have the strength & flexibility for when high level skills are taught. TOP’s is for girls ages 5 years and older and is by invitation only. |
