Classes and programs for children 0 to 6 years! We offer the largest and most experienced preschool gymnastics & movement education program in Eastern Washington. Our program goals are to help your child develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, boost self esteem, and increase
social skills in a fun and

environment.

Mid-Columbia Gymnastics offers all levels of recreational gymnastics in a fun, nurturing environment. We realize that every child learns in different ways. We strive to teach each child at his or her skill level and our coaching staff places each student in a class that is comfortable, yet challenging.

We are among the state’s most experienced program for men’s and women’s gymnastics. Since the gym opened in 1986, MCGA has qualified gymnasts to the State, Regional and National levels. Our experienced coaching staff is dedicated to the growth and development of all our
